  We purchased the Travel Insurance for our 1st Anniversary beach trip. We tried to reschedule or get a refund for our time since Hurricane Nate was headed towards AL coast. When we arrived at the Island Winds East #505 the facility manager told us that storm surge was expected to be 5-9 feet which would flood the front parking lot. The facility (maintained by Brett Robinson) was issuing refunds and rescheduling if rented thru them. Since we would be out our entire money we decided to stay one night.
  
  The condo was clean but HORRIBLY maintained !!!!! The remotes did not work the TVs in both bedroom and living room. The lamp in the corner of the living room was broken and should be thrown out. The stove was rusting and needs to be replaced. The headboard on the bed was broken and bumped the wall every time you barely sat in the bed.
  
  Horrible experience and WILL NOT rent from them EVER again!!!!!
